Introduction

While possible to re-create an account using THG’s Storefront APIs we have developed a ready-to-use hosted account platform with pre-built register, login, customer, order and after-sale services. Our hosted environment will continue to evolve to meet enterprise needs whether in best-in-class user experience, loyalty and retention features or optimal returns flows.

Setup

At present, in order to register as a tenant for the account platform we need to be informed of your expected live domain, features and configuration.

You can request your account to be setup by contacting support.

Provide the below configuration in your request.

Proxying

When connecting with the hosted account you are required to setup a proxy to route from /account/ to our account domain hosted-account.thgaltitude.com.
